These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZoraSMM (the "Service"), including the website, dashboard and API. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ZoraSMM provides social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views, comments and website traffic ("Services") for public social media content you specify. Delivery speed, start time, refill period and other details are described on each Service and may change over time.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password and API key confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including orders placed through your API key.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, attempt fraud or chargebacks, or put other users or the platform at risk.
3. Orders
- You must enter a correct, public link. Orders for private, deleted, restricted or changed links cannot be guaranteed and may be completed or canceled without a refund of delivered quantities.
- Do not place multiple orders for the same link and service at the same time; we cannot track which order delivered which quantity.
- Start times and speeds are estimates. Social networks may change their systems at any time, which can affect delivery.
- We do not guarantee that new followers or engagement will interact with your content, and we are not responsible for actions a social network takes on your account.
- Once an order has started it generally cannot be canceled unless the Service supports cancellation.
4. Balance and payments
- All prices and balances are in US dollars (USD). Deposits are made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor and are credited after network confirmation.
- Your balance can only be used to purchase Services on ZoraSMM. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another user.
- Prices may change at any time. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay.
- Refunds of undelivered quantities are credited to your balance as described in our Refund Policy.
5. API use
You may use our API to resell Services to your own customers. You are responsible for your customers and their orders. We may rate-limit or revoke API keys that are abused, overload the platform or are used for fraud.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal content, harassment, impersonation, election manipulation, or content that violates the rights of others, and not to attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoraSMM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
